Background

Jared’s early appreciation for real estate formed as he watched and learned from his grandfather and father, both whom were highly active developers of commercial properties throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Shortly after graduating college, Jared began specializing in Commercial brokerage throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Ennis has a unique and diverse background experience with all facets of Commercial real estate, which is very hard to find in todays “boutique” agent and firm environment. Ennis has direct knowledge and experience in both sales, investment, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and land deals. His experience working with all product types throughout the different markets in the Central California area provided the extensive knowledge required to analyze and valuate commercial properties.

After experiencing a vast amount of commercial developments, Ennis joined the Central CA Commercial team in 2012 and has had direct involvement with over $115M of property sales since the teams inception. Jared Ennis completed the Real Estate & Urban Land Economics degree part of the Craig School of business at CSU, Fresno, is a member of C21 Commercial International, and a Agent of the Year for Cen Cal Business Finance Group.
